A trial court in New York, in a Superstorm Sandy insurance coverage case, has refused to dismiss an insured's lawsuit against his insurance carrier as untimely, finding that both of his insurance policies were not at all clear as to the time by which he had to file a lawsuit against the insurer.  Read More
