Policy Capped Insured's Recovery Where He Did Not Rebuild Fire-Damaged Home, Indiana Appeals Court Rules
An appellate court in Indiana has ruled that an insured could recover only the policy limit, and not a payment of up to 125 percent of the policy limit, for his fire-damaged home where he had not rebuilt his home as required by the policy to be entitled to the additional payment. Read More
