Claims against Title Insurer Brought by the FDIC as Receiver of Failed Bank Ruled Timely
A federal district court in Missouri has ruled that breach of contract and negligence claims brought by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, as receiver of a failed bank, against a title insurance company were timely, even though they were filed more than five years after the residential loan at the heart of the FDIC's action had closed. Read More
